      Pros

      - If you know your worth and can negotiate it, the pay is not bad - Provides VISA sponsorship

      Cons

      - Toxic work environment - Disorder and unprofessional behaviour is the norm - You don't know what face of the CEO you will get on any day, her behaviour in the workplace seems to depend on her mood at the time - Unreasonable outputs expected from the training / inputs - Absolutely no benefits at all. The "compensation package" is just your salary and government mandated pension contribution

      Pros

      Is one of the greatest companies i have been working with, being part of a great team and with professional and very good Team Leaders! Working for important clients gives you a big responsibility that push you to become better each day! There is a good balance between the salary and the schedule, and the company respect their employees in all the areas needed! One of the things that i like most is that i am always learning something new and improve my skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      Maybe the organization in the weekends could be improved a little but the company is always trying to change for our best and of course for the best of our clients so i am sure that there will be new improvements for good.

      The salary was quite good as well as the environment. Good colleagues and leading team. Quite flexible to change shifts when I had to do something.
