You can learn how to survivor(keep quite) You can learn not do job You can learn in office hour how do the freelance work & surprisingly management also support it.
Cons
Untrusted No Employee care ,Inhumane. No Leadership, all Bosses are immature & non capable still in supported by CEO over & over. Not result oriented ,only politics. Lairs in senior Management role , bad for Organization reputation. Force employee to give force review on Glassdoor Not even start-up culture .
