The new MD! What a bully. Has a hit list of staff that she wants removed. Gets managers and HR to make life uncomfortable for staff.

Previously called Healthcare Computing, I recommend you read the reviews under that company too as it is the same company. I have worked for the company for 5 years. For the first 4 of those years I felt supported and valued. The company has become an Employee Owned Trust but it is nothing like it sounds. The entire company is run by the directors who have bullied the once caring managers into submission. TOIL has been removed, you are expected to make up time for medical absences and socialising in the office feels restricted. Employee retention is a joke and since the managing director has taken her position, the company has managed to lose nearly all of their long standing employees. As 1st line you are slightly sheltered but once you rise the ranks and start to see the inner workings of the company it is shameful. I dont know how they won a leadership award recently, my only thoughts are that its presented and sponsored by the recruiting company they have recently started working with... suspicious... Leaving this company was the best thing I have ever done, the tactics of management are sly and dishonest all the while they make so called improvements to everything in the company appart from the employees. The company does have many talented individuals within it but they are wholey underpaid and under appreciated. They will eventually lose everyone who has any knowledge of the company and customers and be another empty carcass within the corporate world. To summarise, this company used to care but now caring is not profitable enough so doesnt exist. I would not be where I am without this company, I honestly tearful at what it has become.
