Great People and Place

Pros

You get to work with some incredible and diverse people from all different backgrounds, all with amazing skills and intellect that are willing to help you develop in your career. I feel supported by management and included in decision making even in a lower level position. The variety of clients and industries is really interesting as well.

Cons

Some late nights are required, but management is open to TOIL being used when this occurs.

Pros

You get given lots of responsibility early on so are constantly learning but are supported by senior team members to do well. Much more client exposure for junior staff than other agencies. The new MD is dedicated to making it a great place to work and investing in training and culture. Very varied work and big name clients and the team is growing in size

Cons

Not many benefits other than pension and a little top-heavy but this is improving

Nothing, maybe sometimes you have a nice and supportive colleague on a project and some interesting clients to work with.

1. Bad senior level management 2. Toxic work culture 3. Unfair treatment 4. No work life balance 5. Bad pay and no pay rises
