Pros

Working in the comfort of your own home and some colleagues are competent.

Cons

WFH but expect to be HIGHLY micro-managed - remote hostile work environment. If you're not glued to your computer, expect to receive calls about accountability. Management is HIGHLY disorganized with shifting goals and delusional metrics. Lack of accountability by senior management. Company fails to deliver on product and clients aren't satisfied. Unlimited PTO actually has a cap. Negative reputation within the industry.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your positive remarks about the comfort of remote work and your colleagues. We strive to strike a balance between supporting our team members and providing guidance to ensure that we meet our corporate goals. Coaching and accountability are essential components of our approach, especially when team members face challenges. We regret that you felt otherwise. As a people-first organization, we are always focused on how we can improve remote work for our team members. Accountability is a core value at Truveris, and we expect it at all levels, including senior leadership. Our leadership works to set realistic company goals based on previous metrics. These targets are always shared across the company and through individual goals. Client satisfaction is also a top priority, and we work diligently to deliver solutions that are best-in-class while consistently soliciting feedback from our clients. We appreciate the efforts you put into your role during your tenure with us. Truveris understands that our fast paced and growing environment may not be the right place for everyone. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Used to be a great workplace. Now, it’s toxic.

Pros

- Laid-back environment where face time doesn’t matter - Friendly coworkers - The head of HR is a saint for dealing with the situation management thrust on him

Cons

- No overarching strategy or vision from management. The revolutionary concept meant to change the company this year? ...OKRs. - CEO is in over his head. He only listens to the part-time management consultants he’s hired, who last did meaningful work in the 1990s. The consultants throw up roadblocks for current employees rather than helping to tear them down. Dilbert-esque meetings about strategy for roadmaps. Progress happens at a glacial pace. - Engineering has been almost entirely outsourced to Ukraine. As a technology company, how can tech be a differentiator when, due to HIPAA regulations, outsourced contractors can’t even see company data? - The smartest people at the company are demoralized and sit on other offers until bonus packages come in. - Lack of promotion. Despite glowing performance reviews, key players are undervalued and underutilized. - Micromanagement and lack of trust is rampant throughout the org. Working at this company is like being a character in Game of Thrones; you never know what new abuse will be thrust upon you by your manager or who will be fired next.

Pros

Unlimited PTO (for now) Remote Work Room for growth

Cons

Intense Employee Monitoring , weekly review of hours worked with no transparency of how they calculate this. Transitioned from okay health insurance to bad health insurance. Cannot work from wherever you want, even domestically.

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience as an employee. We are glad that you appreciated our unlimited PTO policy. We take immense pride in providing our employees with a remote work environment and opportunities for growth. In our constant effort to maximize operational efficiencies, we, like many other fully remote companies, measure and evaluate productivity. We are disappointed that you were unhappy with our health insurance offerings as we continue to offer a “no contribution from employee” health insurance plan. While we are a fully remote organization, we are governed by state and federal employment laws. As a result, we fully comply with the requirements set forth by each state to ensure that our employees and the organization are protected and compliant.
