      1. Good amount of projects. 2. Slight easy to convert leads 3. Working in sketchup 4. Salary on time 5. Own factory

      Cons

      1. Process is really worst 2. Price will shoot up by 50% during design phase 3. No feeedom for designers while designing 4. Very limited design/finishes options 5. Overpriced 6. Execution is messed up 7. Toxic work environment 8. Plug-in for sketchup i.e in house software is messed up

      Good exposure, team support, experienced designers and their efforts are top notch, my TL was really friendly and supportive

      Cons

      There are some people on top level management who are the biggest headache for all of us.too much of diplomacy on higher level for firing despite of your good performance that does not matter
