      Pros

      Any positive aspects are unfortunately obscured by all the negative. Recommendation is simply to avoid at all costs.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Upper management promotes based on favouritism instead of results. Disfunction originates from the top, with the CEO himself responsible for much of the company issues. CEO reaches down, skewing any means of organizational structure, leaving confusion regarding authority and accountability. Prepare to be frustrated, with unrealistic goals and unsustainable action plans. CEO will blame everyone else for organizational failures, taking no responsibility unless there is some element of success involved.

      Honestly, I can't even think of one other than a paycheck every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Senior Management are all involved in unethical practices in order to save their jobs and fatten their pay checks. Older building, severe issues, outdated environment New CFO has no experience and is already demonstrating poor judgement and decision making Finance is always in shambles, constant turn around and major cash flow issues CEO leads the pack with poor leadership and leads with do as I do not as I say which is where the unethical stream begins. no plan to get out the hole just striving month by month and if that doesn't work , get rid of people at the low level in order to save the bigger pay checks

      Pros

      Big office, nice people to work with generally. Nice location, Tim Hortons is right down the road

      Cons

      Never know for sure if your job is safe or not. They're constantly laying off big groups of people without any kind of warning.
