Thank you for the review. 93% of our employees work completely remotely or hybrid and we will remain this way as it enables TuGo employees to be productive and have a healthy work-life balance. We are working with leaders to ensure they trust their team members and do not micro-manage. We also work with employees and their leaders to create win-win opportunities for employees to advance in their careers and add value to TuGo as they gain expertise and knowledge. We work hard to ensure employees are recognized and valued for their contribution. We are very focused on the customer experience and we strive to ensure each of our external and internal customers are treated with respect and have their needs met as effectively and efficiently as possible. We have a number of cross-functional working groups focused on continuing to improve our customer experience through AI, process improvement, and collaboration.
