      Company Nepotism with Lack of Growth

      Pros

      Different shows provide interesting ways to problem solve. Can meet some fun people.

      Cons

      Long hours in the desert heat and sun, no shade or canopies. Higher-ups treated actors better than technicians. No opportunity to advance. Children of supervisors would have leadership roles producing toxic power dynamics.

      You get to put something on a resume. If you are into musicals, it can be a lot of fun.

      Cons

      The management is not very good. The pay is also very bad, and almost nobody gets a raise no matter how long you work here.

      Outdoor work in a beautiful setting, respectful and enjoyable ground level employees, reasonable pay considering it's theatre

      Cons

      Production management completely out of touch with the departments they oversee. No people skills and little relevant experience.
