Pros
I had the chance to work with some really nice colleagues. They were friendly and skilled.
Cons
One of the major issues was the complete lack of structure. There were no clear definitions of job positions, leading to an unclear situation where employees were expected to juggle multiple roles simultaneously. While the founders seemed well-intentioned, the CEO's egoistic and disrespectful behavior was not only unprofessional but deeply troubling. He displayed a complete lack of understanding of how to manage people effectively. Micromanagement was the norm, which made the workplace incredibly tense. The disrespectful conduct from the CEO was not isolated incidents but rather a recurring theme during my time there. Moreover, the CEO's communication style was often marked by disrespect and disregard for employees' opinions; he consistently spoke in a condescending manner with the employees. This made it difficult for employees to voice their concerns or suggest improvements without fear of retaliation. In summary, my experience at tubics was marred by a lack of structure, poor management, and a deeply concerning attitude.
