      Pros

      Company that really cares about their staff and customers. Have worked for them for many years in various roles and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Great benefits package. Senior management are really approachable and listen. Our customers give great reviews on our service. Lots of opportunities available to progress your career.

      Very friendly and supportive firm from day one. Everyone is very approachable and happy to spend time to teach/advise. Good benefits package too. In a nutshell one of the best companies I have worked for

      Inconsistent management approach. Unnecessary & high pressure techniques were used and encouraged. The system is/was dated at the time but I understand a much-needed face-lift was 'pending'
