loyal to employees, sometimes to a fault though

Pros
they are very loyal to long standing employees and are very helpful with returning college students, and very understanding with personal schedules. the management is also very easy to approach and talk to about problems or issues or concerns and also very friendly and personable without making employees lose respect.
Cons
like i noted while employee loyalty is appreciated, it also is somewhat of an issue with keeping employees out of loyalty, when it might not be the best job for them to continue working at. which can cause some employees to continue working there but not doing the very best they can.
