      Perfect if you have experience working with a diverse range of kids (developmental delays, disabilities, etc) Flexible schedule Paid mileage and travel time Can move up to a lead specialist

      Cons

      There’s not much training, you either are great working with toddlers or not. You can only promote to a title higher and that’s it You have to ask for raise
