      Supportive coworkers but management needs a lot of improvement

      Pros

      Coworkers were very nice and helpful when/if they had time to assist and were also highly skilled at their positions.

      Cons

      Lack of support from supervisor and HR. Secretaries were expected to perform paralegal duties due to firm's unwillingness to hire enough staff. Little to no backup for secretaries during crunches/trial preparation. Employees' computers were spied on which promoted a huge amount of distrust and bad morale. They had a talented staff but there has been a mass secretarial exodus in the past year due to various issues.

      Salary is fair. 401k match is awesome

      Upper management unwilling to change , manual manipulation of invoices outside system. Reversal of invoices within closed months/years.
