Pros

Good benefits like life insurance, pet insurance, etc.

Cons

You have to use your own PTO to take holidays off. You will get no time off as a new employee. Place is run reactively like crazy. You’ll be in the middle of a project late in the day and expect to drop everything to cater to poor planning. Poor communication - this place is too big that no one knows who’s responsible for certain things or why things are done the way they are. They reward laziness but yet expect you to constantly have to prove your value. Executives especially at the Alamo building are clueless. Raises are trash and the standard 3% you can find anywhere else.
