Worst company every in the whole world, nothing to learn in this company. The CEO and the upper management treats every employee as a slaves, no respect to the employees. You have to work for 12 to 15 hrs daily. To be frank if you see the 5 or 4 star rating it's all done by the digital marketing team. Please don't join such company, they will treat you like Slaves, no proper policies not proper management, no proper HR all are running just in a adjustment. Before joining they sign the bond for 2 years in case if you plan to resign with in 2 years then you have to pay them amount of 75000/- and 2 month's salary. They can terminate you any time they want and also deduct your salary if they want that too 5k to 15k. The CEO has no other work during night time she justt ping late night at 1 am or 2 am asking about the project update, in case if you didn't reply then the next day you have to answer her first. All the employees are afraid of her and sitting late night on office, if he or she goes on time she will just ping you asking about the whole day work. Incase if any girl wait for late night in office not facilities to drop her back home, if in case anything happen to her company will not be responsible they will say that we didn't force her to sit late night. If anyone is planning to join after knowing the reality about the company it will be in your own risk. Instead of working and wasting time in such idiotic company it's better not to work. No bonus, no increment, no salary on time, apart from that they keep the salary hold with out informing us, If we go to ask the HR they saying its internal matter we can't disclose.

I recommend no one, either you're fresher or experienced. 1. Worst HR policies. CEO Dipti will treat each and every employee as if you're a slave and you'll end up with the feeling that even workers from KGF movie have better work life balance than you. 2. You have to work around 15-16 hours a day (honestly) and even after that if you're leaving they'll end up scholding you for small issues or no reason. 3. You'll get only one leave per month (Only 12 leaves in a year). And unintentionaly if you are sick on Friday or Monday, they'll cut your salary of three days (Rules of their so called sandwich policy are worst than duckworth lewis) 4. Even if you work hard, at the time of appraisal's they will point your small small mistakes and no salary hike will be given to you. 5. Nothing to learn in this company. People you're working with are almost freshers. And all the managers know nothing, they are working here just because they're not being able to get a job in any other IT company. 6. You have to do everything, coding, testing, handling clients and calls, etc. in the salary of 20k And in the end your lead will get appraisal who don't even know ABC in your project. 6. Zero work life balance. You must have to live nearby wakad because you have to work till 2-3 am and come back to office early in the morning. Even if you try to leave the office at 9 pm your lead will just give a look (Means no appraisal) 7. As a result, you'll end up with no gf/bfs, families, friends and 20k for your funeral.
