      There are no pros at this job! None!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

      Cons

      CEO is horrific! 3rd world countries and Socialists have better leaders. Doesn’t care about his employees or their families! Tufco sold the Newton plant and didn’t have the backbone to tell us himself. A memo was sent that we all were no longer employees and we no longer had insurance the very same day. I dedicated 25 years to this place!! When these people bought us out 5 yrs ago is the day this place went down hill.

      * Company operates at a high standard * Clean and well maintained facility * Company is not solely profit driven and maintains a family like atmosphere with employees.

      Cons

      * Pay is slowly catching up to the rise in inflation * Company runs around the clock and has 12 hour swing shifts for most employees
