Pros
Fun people to work with that's it. You can make really good money but you have to go above and beyond to take on extra work with everyone's lack of ability to efficiently run the business smoothly.
Cons
The management lacks all "hospitality" The business does not operate as a small business anymore and doesn't care about the community unless their name is being advertised and they are gaining an exceptional net profit. They have always been "profit over people" Every single employee gets treated horribly. There has been a lot of discrimination from the management to their employees and customers. There are many better companies to work for that treat their employees with good manners.
