The CEO is lazy, unwilling to take risks, unable to make decisions, takes zero accountability for failure and will always find someone to blame but himself, only has eyes for himself and the ones he's manipulated to be his minions. Bad mouths the subsidiaries and employees to others. No humanity or care for employees. Executive team is entitled. HR doesn't advocate for employees and is only there to serve the CEO. No room for growth, very little chance for promotion or real raise. President of parent company is a woman, but there is little female energy in the company. Overworked and underpaid.

They pay their employees that have been with them half the salary of the new inexperienced employees. Salaries were posted online through job sites for everyone to see.
