Pros

- Work life is quite balance - Office location

Cons

- HR sell you hybrid/WFA(anywhere) during hiring but it is not guaranteed and not a company wide practice. There are 4 entities working out of KL office. For example 1 CEO entity allows 3 days WFH as per company policy but another CEO entity force 5 days on-site. HR or GCEO has no power and no proper & standard implementation across company. It is purely your luck if your boss does not allow WFH at all. - Direction change very frequent depending on who is the GCEO (which changes every few years) - Guidance is non-existent and turnover is high - No proper handover when people resign and everything comes to a stop - So good luck to individuals wanting to join the company
