Poor management and weak communication between teams create constant confusion and inefficient task execution. Task management lacks structure, priorities change frequently, and employees are often expected to handle responsibilities far beyond their role without proper support. Even when you perform well, follow best practices, and take on difficult tasks, there is little recognition or transparency regarding career growth. Promises about promotions and development opportunities are not always respected. The most disappointing part is the lack of job security and respect toward employees. After contributing heavily and handling challenging work, people can still be let go unexpectedly and without proper communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, healthy management culture, or a serious long-term career development plan.
