      Pros

      All the people that work here are super chill, funny and easy to work with. You can work from home where they will send you all the material you need to set your work environment. You have meal vouchers, bonuses based on performance, stack option plan, an additional day off during the week of your birthday and your schedule is flexible so you can choose to start and finish an hour early or later.

      Pros

      - The product is in constant evolution and the most advanced technologies are used, such that you learn a lot of new thing, both technical and theoretical. - The work is very well organized and divided into tasks. - You can manage your work (flexible working hours) and if you want you can work remotely. - Working environment is very open and familiar, the company cares of your needs, lunch is always together if you are in office and there are often happy hours or dinners. P - The employment contracts are great. - Fresh fruit, vegetables, juices and snacks in the office .

      Cons

      - Sometimes work can get harder, there are a lot of things to do, but as the work grows the company hires more people to ensure a balanced redistribution of the work.
