Pros

Tupperware has a genuinely positive and collaborative work environment. The people are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day-to-day. There’s a strong sense of community, and leadership (at least at the team level) is approachable and transparent. Compensation and benefits are solid, and there are opportunities for hybrid work in some roles. I also appreciated the flexibility and the company’s effort to maintain a good work-life balance where possible. The culture feels inclusive and people-focused.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy at times, and there’s some uncertainty around the company’s long-term direction. Processes and systems could be improved to make work more efficient.
