      - A lot of office politics - Endless hours of working, no time for a personal life - No appreciation for hard work - No sense of reward - A lot of promises will be made, none will however be kept

      Pros

      Approachable people, friendly founders and co founders, every day learning, gives you ample time to settle down in the company. Always tried to work on emplyees and their work life balance. Definitely best place than any other world leaders.

      I don't see any cons as of now cause everything is sorted. People, HR, will continuously work to improve things.

      1. Freedom to vision your best version of product and build it 2. Employee first values, focus on everyone's growth 3. Movement across streams without any worries is such a great opportunity

      1. Technical growth through courses or some extra projects might help in individual growth 2. Punctuality is a feature missing from the values, might need to work on that
