      Management only cares about their salary

      TP's hours are pretty decent

      Cons

      Management is never looking out for their employees. They only care about their salary. Management is very passive aggressive and non confrontational. I would replace most management, including HR management, before "expanding" their work, TP should eliminate most of its management.

      The company has potential for growth with the help of the new president.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work management doesn't care and they always want more more more. They are sneaky and conniving, will throw you under the bus any chance they get. People are so set in their ways and opposed to change that anything outside of " the way its always been done" will anger them to the point of yelling and arguing.
