Pay is mediocre. Benefits are okay. A lack of adequate preemployment screening to verify qualified candidates leads to care issues that are not consistent with approved standards. Some employees while pleasant as coworkers do not take the role of healthcare to inmates seriously enough. This allows for inmates who need care to be overlooked. Overall, more oversight is needed to provide consistent quality of care.
