      Pros

      I am excited to be a part of Turn2Partner's journey. We are built around staffing experts with years of experience. We have extensive relationships here in the DMV which will be incredibly important as we match great talent with great companies. We are building a culture that will empower each employee to be successful both professionally and financially. I love coming to work everyday. and working alongside a great team.

      Cons

      I wish we had the ability to hire everybody that we would like to right away, but we don't. So we will build the organization intelligently and responsibly while looking to add key employees who can help build an amazing company while creating a successful and rewarding career for themselves.

      I have had a great experience working with Chris from Turn2Partners. He was very professional and understanding of my needs and what I was looking for. With my busy schedule, I did not have the time to look for a better opportunities in the maret. Chris listened to what I was important to me and found me a permanent position that is a perfect fit for me. He was very respectful of my time and kept in touch to make sure I was happy with my new job. I definitely recommend Turn2Partners to anyone who is looking for well experienced, professional and caring staffing/recruiting firm. Thank you for a job well done!

      Pros

      Couldn’t be happier here. Sharp team, fun and energetic environment, highest levels of integrity in all of the day-to-day work. Clients are responsive and engaged. Opportunities for new employees to learn and grow in the industry are evident, comp plans appear to be generous as milestones are met and exceeded. Turn2 has all of the hallmarks of a successful business. It is still a young business though, perks and fringe benefits should come with time.

      Cons

      None! As a new employee I’ve been impressed at every turn, although I wouldn’t say this is a company for everyone. It’s somewhat unstructured and self drive is an important ingredient for success. I’d recommend Turn2 to those who are excited by a fast pace and are open to some of the compromises inherent to a ground floor opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment.
