Great coworkers. Because it is a mental health facility, it is easy to take time off. Free food

Cons

None of upper management is educated in management or business. Very few people in this comany have college degrees. If you want to be worked to death for the small chance of advancement, this is the place for you. Only rehab in the area that still pays staff minimum wage.

What makes Turnbridge truly special is that all team members are bought into the mission and believe in the approach to treatment and recovery. This passion and attention to detail is embedded in the organizational culture, and starts at the top with a CEO who cares deeply for his employees and the clients they help.

Cons

An employee who is looking for a simple "clock in/clock out" position and is motivated more by money than an earnest desire to help people is probably not a great fit here. Our collective mission of combating a chronic and deadly disease demands tenacity and a genuine desire to make a difference.
