Nothing I can think of that will make you want to stay there or work for these con artists.

Cons

Everything! These are very poorly mannered girls. I have never seen owners treat people like they do. It is embarrassing and sad. Show up and see for yourself - unannounced and I'm sure you will hear one of the owners yelling at an employee, or at least gossiping about one.

There are good restaurants in the area. They offer a decent PTO bank. Some very nice and funny employees.

Cons

The owners of this company are con artists. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to get you in the door and then they will treat you horribly. Since the owners are the sales people they know what is going on with projects and clients, but frequently don't convey this information to the employees. This poor communication leads to confusion and mistakes which is somehow the employee's fault (according to management). It is quite clear that these owners care nothing for their employees and only about how hard they can work their staff and how much money they can make off of employee abuse. I recall one of the owner's referring to one of the star performers as "the machine" while she considered piling more work on this already overloaded employee. This place is called "turnover and boone" for a reason.

We are a hard working group of professionals that expect the best from ourselves and each other. I’ve seen the 25-30 people I’ve worked with support each other this year in so many ways. We’ve pitched in and helped each other learn, tackle new processes, help out with project work loads. We’ve supported each other through tragic deaths of family members, illnesses and every day stressors. We’ve celebrated victories and supported each other through evaluations of tough losses. We give a lot to our clients, to our company and to each other. We strive to be our best. Everyday.

Cons

Not everyone that has worked here is a good fit for the vulnerable culture of talking through problems together. Not everyone is a good fit in the level of professionalism we hold each other to, and that’s ok. We wish everyone well-
