Low pay for what you do. Health insurance is expensive You need mental days incorporated into your schedule as dealing with the population can lead to burn out which thr job does not offer. Employees often slack off or cause for hostile work environment and do not get reprimanded. Some Managers have little to no direction or managerial skills.
