      My leader is positive and personal. She explains things in a way I can understand and promptly. She extends the same warmth to the team. Everyone has been welcoming.

      Pros

      Work from home, being remote is the only Pro.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Terrible uncoordinated nurse training. One annual raise based on the performance of the company most people get nothing. Everyone reviews the cases differently. Verbal changes to the policies without correcting the actual policies. High turnover. Frequently get yelled at by practices for reaching out for clinical. Does not offer sick days, you will have to use PTO if you call out. Does not offer nurses reimbursement for continuing education.
