Pros

Pay is decent, remote work

Cons

No clear structure or decision making process, everything changes day to day with no warning or plan. They continue to pile more work on your full plate as the company expands, but never hire anyone to help with the growth. People are afraid to share their ideas or speak up, and even if they do get an idea to stick it just causes more frustration with the process to get anything up the corporate ladder. This company is doomed to fail within the next few years as they are owned by an equity group and they can no longer hit revenue goals after buying too many companies and not hiring the people to manage the growth.
