Great colleagues. Good location and lots of exposure to better jobs.
Cons
MD is a terrible man to work for. Improper payment of wages, many instances of workplace bullying and he sacked/drove out many of my former colleagues. He had a reputation amongst many in the industry for being arrogant and rude and it did him and the business no favours.
