Friendly people Chance to have a real say and impact Learn a lot
Cons
Very top heavy with a lot of executives. Executives don't really have a clue what is going on with the everyday work Poor communication- unclear direction Out and out lied, said everything was finically fine and then less than 2 weeks later over 30% layoff with no notice and no severance.

Company culture is very welcoming to learning opportunities and exploring what interests you more. Normal job benefits
Cons
Being a multinational company, there isn't too much communication with the more populated sides of the company being part of the small branch. Had issues funding which equals no overtime payments, and sudden lay offs.
