      Pros

      Smaller outfit with great potential.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is very passive aggressive. Your voice won't be heard., unless you have an elementary education. The style of management is sub-par and comes with a great amount of micro management.

      Great coworkers, but below average pay and management issues

      Pros

      Fellow coworkers are great. We are all in this together.

      Cons

      Below average pay PTO plan is below market. Benefits are expensive if you have a family. Executive team does not know how to handle problems, growth, or resolve conflict. You have to carry the weight of other departments deficiencies as a PM here. The PM’s are responsible for wearing multiple hats including accountant, accounts payable, and superintendent.
