      Pros

      Tuskegee is the best place to work because of the environment. The teachers and students are infectious with joy. The best part are going to the campus events to be a part of the Tuskegee Community.

      Cons

      Tuskegee Univeristy downsides would be the sometimes unfortunate involvement of local residents who stir up the campus and student body. These actions can put everybody at risk of negative situations. The security needs to be better with that element.
