Pros
Tuttle-Click is one of the better auto groups to work for. There are employees that have been there for as long as 30 years. Some good perks like tuition assistance and paid vacation trips (you have to work for the company 10 years+ to qualify).
Cons
Cronies in upper management. Some of the managers curse and talk to employees in a demeaning manner. No feeling of security unless you're in upper management.

Better benefits than most car dealerships with tuition assistance, 401k, Wellness program, etc. lots of great hard working employees for co-workers.
Cons
Horrible upper management at their Business Office. You have to keep records of everything because you can't rely on them to follow through or keep their word.

Favortisim. if you are the CFO kids childhood friend, you can get away with not working, while others do all the work. Inconsistenet. Changes her mind constantly Out of the day to day so long, she relies to much on another manager
