This place feels like kindergarten, Nobody is doing their job, yet everyone else is telling other people what to do. There is a lack of guidance and a high amount of one-sidedness is present. If you have career development in your mind, you can forget it. No such item here. In general company is quite divided and feels lost on many occasions.

I started off my role in Tuxera very positively. It felt like I could be open and transparent with my feedback on improvements in the processes. Much to my discouragememt, the more feedback I contributed, the more I was pushed back into my corner. Many people left last year and sadly as my career was going nowhere, I did too. It's a shame we couldn't "make it work."
