      1. Management is incredibly poor and egoistic 2. 7 years gone, still unaware how to generate business 3. Firing employees is a norm irrespective of the market condition 4. Business is miserable due to over-reliance on a couple of customers who pay on recurring basis 5. Manager less, politician more! 6. You have to grovel for even a one-day leave

      1. Company & Owner doesn't pay bonus/appraisal on time and if you are leaving the company, they will not pay you your deserved bonus. 2. Quick emotional & illogical decisions by the management 3. In every 2 - 3 months, company changes it's goal
