Pros

Small company that provides good training

Cons

The company has new CEO who has never run a company, a COO that thinks this is the Army, a CFO that has no clue what anything should cost, a sales executive that just barks orders and a CTO that is too new to judge but has not delivered anything. The 3 of the 5 execs are serious micro managers -- and act like the 3 stooges! They let go their best people because they do not want to understand the customers demand. The new products are not selling well and they are giving BS to the Gores Group. Too many execs has made this company costs too expensive and the new folks have no clue about the traditional business. The new CEO has never run a company before and has been there for more than 20 years - and never delivered anything. He is counting on his execs who are totally clueless too. Hopefully the Gores Group will find new real leadership or this ship sinks! This Leadership of 5 is a recipe for bankruptcy.

Pros

- Work-life balance - allowed to work from home sometimes and especially on days with bad weather - The majority of the employees are good people

Cons

- Executive Management is clueless as to how to operate a smooth-running company. There are infinite problems in every single department - it's sickening. - They constantly claim that the culture/values/team atmosphere are awesome, but in reality, the employees are still just expendable numbers and the executives are not very nice and are only out for themselves. - There is no HR department - good luck if you have a problem! - WAAAAYYYYY too many managers, directors and vice presidents. Titles are a joke! - They don't actually train anyone who becomes a manager, so the incompetence is stunning. Most employees know more about how to be a manager than the actual managers. - They have created a Tweddle University where employees are REQUIRED to take classes. But guess what? They aren't REAL! Anyone can teach a class after doing about two minutes of online research and claim that it is truth and worth learning!

Thus far, the employees you work with are the reason to stay at Tweddle.

Cons

Absolute lack of transparency between upper management and its underlings. We've had a few major blows in the past 2 months and nobody has any idea what their future is right now
