      You get paid on time.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism. Management will overwork you without extra compensation even if it's outside your title. Poor pay. Awful benefits. HR is in a clique with other department heads so no one to put complaints in to. Executive suite is disconnected from directors and the directors run the company how they want.

      Pros

      A few of the employees were wonderful, the rest, not so much. The customer’s are what made the job the only enjoyable part.

      Cons

      The pay was laughable. In addition, the medical/dental benefits were less than stellar, with very high deductible’s and pricey premiums for below par benefits. 401k was laughable, plan to die working or hope social security benefits become livable. I almost forgot the PTO, also very below what most companies offer!
