Pros
Some good people worked, but the good people all left quickly when they saw what was really happening with the products. To be clear - they are very defective.
Cons
Catastrophic disorganisation and products that don't work. Nasty atmosphere and a total lack of strategy, along with unfair and borderline illegal dismissals. The company is failing and employees are blamed for everything, whereas the real problem is defective management at the top.
