Pros

In a combat situation, which accurately describes working for this company, employees bond and create lifelong friendships.

Cons

Employees are mistreated on a daily basis. In two years, never received a review, bonus, or even a cost of living increase. We witnessed employees being harassed, mistreated, humiliated, and abused on a daily basis. People were quitting with emails and post-it notes, some just never showing up again. When I was there the dept had over a 50% annual turnover rate for good reason. So many HR issues, I am shocked that this company is still in business. Not to mention the 'creative' accounting - shocking!

Thank you for your comments. We absolutely acknowledge there were challenges prior and we certainly aren’t perfect; however, TwentyEighty has new owners, a new board of directors and largely new management in the past year and a half. We’ve placed human resources support in all of our local offices to ensure our employees are taken care of, and have focused on our culture as a key initiative this year and last. This is a great place to make a career.

Pros

There are a lot of great, kind people who work in the Littleton office logistically because of the location. At a point, an administrative job is just that. As long as you get a good manager, and there is one in most sections, it probably can be a really good job. I asked to be transferred before leaving because of this, but since I could not be transferred, I left. It’s not great, but it could be okay.

Cons

First of all, the product is slimy. It’s selling “leadership”, and quite possibly the slimiest thing you CAN sell, which is “selling”. I don’t know how the salespeople sleep at night selling the garbage for millions of dollars. Second, my manager in particular was a terrible fit for me. I felt out of place from my 2nd day on the job, and it wouldn’t have had to be like that if she wasn’t so distant, cold, and angry all the time. I was threatened to be fired for making mistakes after receiving not a lot of support in the learning process. Third, the office is so ridiculously understaffed most of the time that everyone has so much work to do.
