      Pros

      Office is very professional and fits the mold of the industry. Team members are very supportive and allowed me to think outside the box. With respect to being a smaller firm, communication was extraordinary between various teams across the firm. TwinFocus offers every individual an opportunity to grow and dream big.

      Cons

      Sometimes, things get hot in the kitchen and when things heat up it requires more attention to detail and can become demanding at points.

      Pros

      Founders are super driven and want the company to grow and succeed. They want to bring in employees as family and build a strong culture. They are dedicated to the clients so that means the whole culture is about incredibly hard work, so if you're work shy, do not come here! But it's a great place to learn and grow and because it's a small company, you can wear all hats.

      Cons

      It's really hard at times and very demanding, but this is also how the whole industry is. It's hard to get work/life balance but I get that this is a service industry so it's the name of the game.
