Pros
Met some lovely people along the way. Sadly not enjoying their jobs, but too scared to speak up!
Cons
Workload is huge, for little pay. Managers are teachers trying to tell people how to run a business. Not allowed to ask questions or have an opinion. Told to do things before you've been trained how to do them. Absolute shambles! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
