      Pros

      In my case I prefer night work because it is easier to cycle to the site without traffic. I have worked for this company before and unlike many cleaning companies you are usually treated with respect, though I suppose this depends on who is in charge.

      Cons

      As an experienced cleaner I found one supervisor trying to teach me what I already knew a bit condescending, but if you are new to the job it is good to be told what to do.

      Local company that is easy to notify of sickness and lateness incase of emergencies.

      Cons

      When you lose a crew member due to personal reasons or other, you have to cover for an extended period of time.
