Additionally, speaking Spanish is prohibited unless explicitly told to do so. The work environment is extremely hostile and unprofessional. They will certainly terminate your employment even after you submit your two weeks' notice, despite their assurances to the contrary. The management at Two Hawk is not only disrespectful to employees but also to customers. The high turnover rate is primarily due to management issues rather than the nature of the work itself.
