      Pros

      No two days are the same, always busy and never bored. Positive interactions with service users and really rewarding work helping people to make positive steps forward and support them in everyday living. Really supportive colleagues and leadership.

      Cons

      Can get emotionally overwhelming, hard to step back and detach from distressing interactions (however debriefing and support is always provided) Can be dealing with unpleasant cleaning tasks
