      Pros

      Beautiful properties, and working on Tybee.

      Cons

      Management too busy socializing instead of taking their roles in the company seriously. If you treat people like dirt then you get promoted. If you do your job and go above and beyond then you'll be walked over and get nowhere. If you don't fit into management's clique - say goodbye to your job. Working at TVR for a bit will make you realize that it's a revolving door. People come and go so quickly it's disturbing.
