      Pros

      All talk no action. Promise you everything in the interview and deliver on none of it. Don’t stick by their word when they tell you something. Inexperienced and (for the most part) lazy workforce. Morale in the machine shop is horrible. Some good people working there but overall avoid. If you need a job to get you through until you find something else go for it. Other than that avoid. I worked then 7 months and saw over 25 people get fired for “performance.” I was eventually let go (within these two weeks over 10 people were let go). Pays pretty well Flexible start times A few good people

      Some really cool people Laid back can wear jeans and T-shirts Very clean and nice building

      Cons

      Zero Communication Frequent job eliminations , every few months they let people go Some lack of professionalism, a lot of foul language throughout the entire building Culture is good for some but not for all Very little direction and goals A lot of family and friends working here so some are held to different standards Almost daily beer drinking and socializing with only select folks invited Terrible time off policy Almost zero flexibility or work life balance , expect to work weekends and long hours Benefits are not great
